At Restiqueo Casino And Hotel Resort, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible while allowing us to manage our reservations effectively. Please review the following policy carefully before making your reservation.

1. Standard Reservations

2. Special Rate Reservations

2.1 Advance Purchase Rates

Reservations booked under our Advance Purchase Rate are non-refundable and require full payment at the time of booking. These reservations cannot be changed or cancelled without forfeiting the full payment.

Casino And Hotel Resort packages that include gaming credits, dining vouchers, or other amenities may have specific cancellation terms. Please refer to the package details for the applicable policy.

3. Group Reservations

For group bookings (5 or more rooms), the following cancellation policy applies:

4. Peak Season and Special Events

During peak seasons, holidays, and special events, stricter cancellation policies may apply:

  • New Year's Eve (December 28 - January 2)
  • Major sporting events in the area
  • Holiday weekends
  • Casino tournament dates

For these periods, cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will result in a charge equal to the full stay.

5. Changes to Reservations

Changes to existing reservations are subject to availability and rate differences:

  • Date changes: If you need to change your dates, we will accommodate the change based on availability. If the new dates have a higher rate, you will be responsible for the difference.
  • Shortening your stay: Changes that shorten your stay are treated as partial cancellations and are subject to the cancellation policy above.
  • Extending your stay: Extensions are subject to availability and current rates.

6. Early Departure

If you check out prior to your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for the remainder of your reserved stay unless we receive notice of the early departure at least 24 hours in advance.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure circumstances (such as natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond our control) that prevent you from traveling to our Casino And Hotel Resort or us from providing accommodations, we will evaluate cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
