Cancellations must be made through the same channel used for booking (online, phone, or in person) or by contacting our reservations department directly.
Certain promotional rates, packages, and special offers may have different cancellation policies. These will be clearly communicated during the booking process and in your reservation confirmation.
Reservations booked under our Advance Purchase Rate are non-refundable and require full payment at the time of booking. These reservations cannot be changed or cancelled without forfeiting the full payment.
Casino And Hotel Resort packages that include gaming credits, dining vouchers, or other amenities may have specific cancellation terms. Please refer to the package details for the applicable policy.
For group bookings (5 or more rooms), the following cancellation policy applies:

If you check out prior to your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for the remainder of your reserved stay unless we receive notice of the early departure at least 24 hours in advance.
In the event of force majeure circumstances (such as natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond our control) that prevent you from traveling to our Casino And Hotel Resort or us from providing accommodations, we will evaluate cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
